The hotel has some serious issues. The rooms are terrible, dirty, and unfit for living. Staff are rude and unhelpful. The food is subpar, and entertainment lacks. On the bright side, the location offers easy access to shops and restaurants, with some pleasant surprises like spotless cleanliness and friendly staff in the dining area.
